RecruitLeap is an AI-powered patient recruitment platform for clinical trials, helping research teams match, qualify, and enrol patients more efficiently. I designed and developed the website from scratch in Webflow, creating a clear, modern, and conversion-focused experience for a complex healthcare AI product.
The website had to explain a complex healthcare AI product quickly. RecruitLeap serves pharmaceutical companies, CROs, clinical research sites, and academic research teams. The challenge was to communicate faster matching, qualification, and enrolment without making the page feel dense or clinical.
I designed and developed the website from scratch in Webflow. The work covered UI/UX, visual direction, landing page structure, responsive design, subtle animations, clear conversion flow, and clean website implementation.
The website was shaped around the core message: match, qualify, enrol. The structure helps visitors understand AI-driven patient matching, automated multi-channel outreach, secure workflows, and scalable recruitment support without needing a long technical explanation.
The visual direction is modern, calm, and functional, with subtle animation used to add movement without distracting from the product story. The layout gives clinical trial teams clear routes into the platform value, use cases, and enquiry flow.
RecruitLeap now has a clear, polished website that presents its healthcare AI platform in a more accessible way. The page supports product understanding, trust, and conversion without overcomplicating the message.
