Local03 helps people stay connected with Israel from anywhere in the world through virtual phone numbers, international calling, SMS reception, and flexible calling plans. I designed and developed a bilingual English and Hebrew website with a clean responsive interface and a dynamic Numbers section connected to the client’s proprietary API.
The website had to make a technical telecom service feel simple. Local03 supports virtual phone numbers, Israeli number retention, international calling, SMS reception, and calling plans. The challenge was to explain the service clearly across English and Hebrew while keeping the number selection flow easy to use.
I worked on web design, web development, responsive implementation, UI/UX, JavaScript functionality, a bilingual English and Hebrew interface, and API integration for the Numbers section.
The website was shaped to help users understand plans, view available numbers, and choose a service without friction. The layout keeps the experience clean and modern while supporting people who need to stay connected with family, services, banks, government offices, and contacts in Israel.
The English and Hebrew interfaces needed to feel consistent while supporting different reading directions and user expectations. The goal was a straightforward experience that worked clearly across devices and languages.
I integrated the client’s proprietary API into the Numbers section so users can view and select available phone numbers in real time. JavaScript was used to support the dynamic interface and keep the selection process clear.
Local03 now has a responsive bilingual website that explains its telecom service clearly and supports real-time number browsing. The site gives users a simpler way to understand the offer and choose the right plan.
